Kaizen - the concept of continuous improvement.

Not only is it an essential part of quality management but it is a spirit woven into the development of Management Associates.

New knowledge is acquired every moment in our lives. Especially in this digital age where information is one of the critical success factors, updating Management Associates (MAs) with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their careers deems to be a mandate for us.

In the second and third years of the program, MAs, regardless of where they are based and which part of the Group they work in, are invited to attend professional development activities to enhance their leadership capabilities through soft skills and technical training, as well as to keep them abreast of the recent development of the Group, such as our Group's current 3-Year Plan, which envisions where and what we would like our business to become after three years.

Professional development activities could take many forms - structured training programs, seminars, project work or even online learning - whichever way that best meets MAs' development needs.

As change agents in the Group, such professional training is almost a necessity for them to achieve their mission - to inject new ideas and transform the business into a more innovative one.

Apart from building skills and knowledge, exchanging ideas and networking are also key components of the activities. It is an opportunity for them to catch up with each other, meet new friends and exchange ideas.
