The first-year Initial Development is all about venturing into new worlds. Management Associates (MAs) learn and explore our businesses, markets and products. In the meantime, we create opportunities for them to connect with new faces, including senior leaders, managers, colleagues and fellow MAs, which form the people network that we believe to be one of the most important factors for our success.

Initial Development also spans MAs across the world to learn and explore our businesses in different continents. The Corporate Orientation and Training Program builds basic yet key understanding of our Group; the Business Educational Training Program expands horizons; Business Rotational Assignments give MAs opportunities to experiment with their acquired knowledge through actions.
