After successful completion of the first nine months of Initial Development comprising extensive training programs and intensive business rotational assignments, Management Associates (MAs) start working in the assigned business units - initially for three months - and there, the next phase of their journeys within our Group begins.

Great teamwork requires synchrony and match in expectations and performance. Before the synchrony is achieved, mutual observation and adaptation are needed to build the perfect team - for business success.

During Initial Job Placement, the process of transferring MAs’ employment to the hiring business units will start. Upon completion of Initial Job Placement, their employment will be under the hiring business units, and their placement details will be confirmed.

In the first two years of placement, MAs’ development will be monitored by the PMD team, their hiring business units and HR teams, to maximize their learning, exposure and growth.
