Our ideal candidate has a recognized university degree, an excellent command of English and at least three years of full-time work experience. They are also geographically mobile.

For the PMD-China Specialization, in addition to what our ideal candidates possess, candidates should have work authorization to work in China without company sponsorship, have native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and a desire to develop a long-term career in Mainland China.

For the PMD-Corporate Services Group (CSG) Specialization (Human Resources, Information Technology and Digital Solutions, as well as Finance and Accounting functions), we require candidates to be professionally trained. A recognized university degree and at least three years of related full-time work experience in the respective functions they apply for, would be required.
