The whole selection process comprises four stages, and we get to know more and more about our applicants through each stage. From knowing about their work experiences, interfacing with our senior executives to observing their leadership behaviors, we do it so carefully and seriously that it is like unearthing an artifact.

The selection process starts in November and ends in February the following year. This carefully designed process is dedicated just for the selection of our future leaders of the Group.
